your Question is not Sufficient to reply
this is normally high voltage programmer
Did you try to program any MCU using JDM Programmer

yes i want to know that if someone has lock its MCU using ISP programing weather it is posible to unlock it through JDM or any other procss

The point of locking the code is to prevent copying. You can only erase the MCU, and reprogram with something else.
