In Which area? Analog, Digital, Mixed-signal or RF.
You should specify your field clearly. Electronics is so general.

See the books :
- Analog Integrated Circuits Design by P. Gray and Meyer and Lewis
- Design of Analog CMOS Integrated Circuits by B. Razavi
- Analog Integrated Circuits Design by Johns ans Martin
These are all good books for analog IC design fundamentals.
