Hai

Can anyone help me to calculate the bandwidth required for transmitting a digital audio with 44.1khz sampling rate and 16 bit depth ?

what modulation method are you planning on using ? Without the modulation specified, there is no single answer.

Hai
We are using Frequency modulation since we are private FM radio station with freq 91.9MHZ

Ah I see. So you are NOT planning on transmitting a native digital signal (I assume), but rather playing Music etc which has been recorded with 44.1KHz/ 16bit. To modulate the FM this needs to be converted to analog input signal to your transmitter.

And since you are on the public & licensed FM band, then your bandwidth should follow the specifications for FM radio - which I believe is +/- 75KHz and a channel spacing of 200KHz.

The extra 25KHz on each side are for guard band, and can also carry additional information/ communications.
