bandpass modulation matlab code

hello ,
I 'm supposed to write a matlab code for QAM modulation and demodulation ... and especially in demodulation part I have to include carrier and time synchronization part ... I know the theory but I dont know how to write the code and the main purpose is implementing on fpga ... can anyone help me?

i have written this code which up converts baseband fsk modulated signal to passband then down convert it to baseband then demodulates it.
