i need a band gap ref voltage ckt which can produce 1.2v for temp raNGE OF -40 TO 125'C......supply varies frm 1 to 1.5..................i need the ckt with w/l ratio.....which can be implemented in .6 r 1.8 micro tech..

Dear sunking,

"charge pump + bandgap"

can u explain in detail please...
Thanks~~

U can design a charge pump to produce a certain current, with this low supply. Then passing the output current in a branch which contain a resistor in series with a bipolar transistor.

Is it possible to redefine the requirement of 1.2V at VDD=1.0..1.5V. So that the bandgap output is 0.6V instead of 1.2V?

how it is possible to get the reference voltage of 1.2v with the power supply under 1.2v?

I think that I am wrong, and it appears that this requirement is hard to achieve
