There are 2 BJT in bandgap circuit, N1 and N2, let say N1 size is 8 times bigger, A1=8*A2, it is told ( in books) that current through N2 is 8 times of that in N1, I2=8*I1?? I thought current is proportional to size?? I have checked various textbook it always state that the bigger size BJT has lower current, can I know why? thanks.
