Bandgap reference Circuit in ADS problem

Hello Everyone.

I have the attached circuit with its resulted output curve.

Could someone tell me what is the problem with circuit?

I want to get PTAT CTAT and Vref graphs.

Please help me.Thank you very much in advance.

This is confusing as you are showing a DC simulation schematic but time domain simulation results. You cannot get those results from that schamatic.

For the circuit itself it does appear that you should either be using PNP transistors or the transistors are upside-down. They are all connected backwards for a +5V supply.
