Bandgap and Process variation

Hi all.
How do you design a bandgap which takes care of not only temperature but process variation also? What I mean to ask is, is there any specified circuit topology or something like that? Could anyone please throw some light into this?

You can design bandgap circuits that are relatively immune to temperature and process.

The effects of temperature is stablized by canceling Vbe (which goes down as Temperature goes up), and Vt (or delta Vbe) <--- goes up as T goes up .

The effects of process variation is contained by matching up components. So that the W/L and Un Cox "Cancel".

bandgap depend more on temperature than process.
you can read some paper on IEEE
 

The key is to use matched devices. Pay particular attention to layout.
