Hi..

Could any one please help me.i want to know before start the cad what are the rules we have to follow for back plane board. If any one having details about the back plane board documents please share here... :)

Please care about following things

1. Speed of signals
2.Impedance requirements
3.Layer stackup
4. Backdrilling requirement(for the frequency of operation beyond 1GHz)
5.Mechanical requiremnts

start with above link.
Then contact your PCB fabricator and come up with a scheme for indicating the back drilled vias, especially if there are going to be different drilling depths. You need to come up with strict procedures to avoid mishaps such as drilling past a connected layer.
