B&W composite video to VGA adapter schematic needed

Hello I need to make a very simple composite video to VGA adapter.
my composite video source is black and white only.

I have found this circuit,

But this converts VGA-to-composite video.
Will this work in the opposite direction?

Any other suggested schematics? (simplicity is the key)

not it wont

unfortunately composite to VGA and simplicity dont mix, its gonna take some serious effort.
here is one example ..... Simple VGA/Video adapter with ATmega AVR

not only is it the easiest cct I found ... its the ONLY cct I found !!
