I am trying to workout the axial ratio of my broadband patch antena. My problem is that when i use HFSSv11 to plot the axial ratio it gives seperate lines in the plot for each individual value of theta and phi, while HFSSv9 gives only a single lined plot for theta and phi range. Why HFSSv11 gives several plots while HFSSv9 only a single plot?Whats the difference?
Also using HFSSv11,which range of theta and phi shold be specified for the axial ratio plot in case major lobe is oriented in +z direction? When i plot the axial ratio a large number of lines show up and i fail to understand which is the correct one.
