Hi, does anyone know how can I implement my new design inductor from HFSS Software in AWR software using the existing VCO circuit? And may I know how could I simulate the graph of the Q-factor of inductor in AWR software?

If you have already obtained s-parameters, you can simply set-up an s-parameter analysis in AWR then check Inductance and Q Factor respectively.
