avr studio simulator?

avr studio simulator

Hello,

I have used the winavr compiler to make a program for ATmega32. It builds a hex file. but if I want to simulate it with avrstudio 4 I need my complier to create a file with .cfo extension. Is there a way so I can use both these programs? thanks
 

avr studio simulate hex file

First of all it is not .cfo it is .cof

avr studio itself will create a cof file.

check avrfreaks.net for more information
