AVR simulation in proteus

I have a question about simulate AVR in proteus v8.0

how i can adjust the parameter of atmega8 ?

If the version of the program you are using is the demo version, I don't think you can edit the parameters but if it is the professional version, you can easily edit the parameters by typing.

my program is professional version, but i don't know what is the correct parameter that i use ?

There is no right or wrong setting, you set them up based on your project requirements.
The fuses and their meaning is described in mega8 datasheet pages 26 and 216
