Whenever i post a thread or Post my avatar is not showing up in left sidebar..I there any requirements to display avatar besides post..
 

As far as I can see you don't have an avatar picture but you do have a profile picture. They are not the same thing.

Are you sure you have dissabled in icon NOT SHOW AVaTAR.
try once by doing following
my setting ----> edit avatar ----->select custom avatar-----> select browse option(upload photo)------> select save changes
