avanwaves

does synospys have the plan which ports avanwaves to linux version?
does anyone get any information about that?

awaves linux

excutable name is : cscope
It works fine under RH linux 8.0

CosmosScope can do it on linux platform.

Although I use CosmosScope on linux platform, I think some features of CosmosScope are not convenient, not like overlay function of several analog waves and measurement in avanwaves.

Avanti(Synopsys) have other two kind wave tools: awaves and XP. I think XP is easy to use anf fast. why Synopsys do not release the linux version attach with star-simxt.

The latest version of CosmosScope is really good!

you can also use nwave to see the ouput .
stable and quickly .
I use it for a long time ..

xp is old, it was replaced by cscope

I remember that @vanwaves has no linux version. You have to use C0sm0ssc0pe under RH linux.

Hi

nwaves from Debuusy

tnx

SpiceExplorer is very goos to read waves from hspice, spectre or many tools.
It has good tools for measurements. I prefer it to awaves either on windows or Linux! It supports the 2 environnement and solaris as well.
Very good tools to analyze analog waves (it also read digital ones)!
