What is the limitation done by the PCB builder, for the bound pad pitch?

technology 40lp, there is no a lot of information regarding that.

but if talk about the possibility - i didn't find info about area-IO, would you be so kind to advise such?

first you must know the limitation from the PCB builder to know the pitch and minimum ball width manageable by him, function of the cost for the PCB.
