Activity points 4,754 12V automotive relay for door lock solenoid I would imagine a door lock solenoid would require a pretty hefty relay contact with arc suppression for reliability. Can anyone suggest a suitable relay and snubber circuit? Are there better FET based alternatives that would be more reliable than a relay contact?
