Auto birthday mail for some users using php and mysql.

pls help me - auto mail from windows using pop3 server, mysql and php - the mail should go everyday to given mail addresses with details of todays birthdays if any -- please give solution to this.

check for the php mailer
it can send throught smtp pop3 etc, and can configured to connect & read from sql database
