how i can build an audio transformer of following specs (poor accuracy required):
1kct:200k?
what are safety precautions for HT flashover prevention in this circuit?

Go to some of the audio specialty website to find out some of the existing specs.
Tube amp use transformer at the output stage where it interfaces with the speaker. You can look at those. I recommend buying one if you need high performance.

Try search for Zero Auto Transformer. This website has some useful information on audio transformer.

Audio transformers are really difficult to build unless you really know what you are doing, i really recomend you try to find one that fits your needs in a specialised store or website

I am not sure I understand the spec.
Can you be a little more specific?
What is this transformer for, exactly? Tube amp, transistor amp?

Hello

If its small, you can find it in some electronic doorbells, and if its big one, you can find it in old power amplifiers used in churches or mosques.

Regards

You can find it in old radio (for hobby is good enough) ;-)
