Any member on the board has any experience with AFTC for railway tracks?

The OP posted that question eight years ago and hasn't posted on here for two years, so perhaps the moment has passed ! ! !

I may be able to answer a few basic questions about track circuits but AFTC is not a system I have ever worked on.
