Hi!
I'm new with cortex based AVRs, and I need a little help.
I have a SAM3S4B processor, 64-Lead LQFP. I want to program it with Atmel ICE programmer/debugger.
Made these connections

, on VVDOUT 1.8V appears, so the internal voltage regulator working.
Connected JTAG pins to the programmers SAM connector, like in this link http://www.atmel.com/webdoc/atmelice/atmelice.using_ocd_physical_jtag.html. Atmel Studio 7.0 recognise the ICE programmer, but when I trying to read the device signature, it says "Unable to enter programming mode." Somebody please help me, what am I missing, Thanks!
