Atmel Programmer circuit. need help

please I need an Atmel Programmer circuit.

I tried this circuit but it didn't work.

What uC you plan to program ?

If you tryed that lpt programmers change in BIOS parameter for lpt port to SPP (Standard Parallel Port).

Yes I use all programmers what I post it, and all working. This from post 5 I use to program firmware uC for 89 serie programmer 89C2051/S51/S52/S53 programmer (sunrom).

I have two question.
1- this error appeared with me : program verify error @address 003D
Data read = 80
Prog data =90

2- Is it preferred to add (74HC541) between the uc and the LPT?

Check in BIOS LPT port is SPP (Standard Parallel Port), check all connections.

what is this error mean :

Maybe something with uC is not good, try other uC.

The data at the address 003D in micro does not match with the hex file..

Check data line on the MPU "you should see pulse on the two data lines while you programing" (this operation very fast).
Check MPU on other programmer!
Check if you can erase MPU or not by your programmer,
Check the TTL IC if fully compatible with your design or not.
