I checked VDD and ground connector and they are good. Is it a bad chip or is there something else I can check? Thank you D Added after 22 minutes: i changed out the crystal also

I think for the AT91SAMX512, the main oscillator doesn't oscillate until enabled via software. Can somebody confirm this?
