8515 development board circuit

Hai

For burning code into your AVR, I think this will be enough.

AT90S8515 supported.

programing 8515

have you tried ponyprog?

Use "CVAVR" which is software to debug your code and program it on avr.
also the easiest parallel programmer to build is stk200.

For parallel programing you can use STK500 development kit. You can try building yourself according to schematics or purchased at www.digikey.com at $79

For ISP programming (recommended) the Picstudent link it's OK

YES, you can read complete AVR Instruction Set (150 pages, updated nov 2005) : http://www.atmel.com/dyn/resources/prod_documents/doc0856.pdf

thanks all for reply
but are there any good programmer that using just
passive components(resistors,capacitors,..)
because the stk200 is not avaluable for!!!

STK200 it's a development board not a special programmer. You don't need STK200 to program your AVR microcontroller.
See for yourself the schematics of STK200. We get use to say STK200 compatible dongle when we're talking about ISP programmer.
Just build that circuit interface

and plugin into the PC parallel port interface.
Follow the link mentioned by Picstudent.

thanks much silvio i will try it and we will see if it is ok with me thanks at all
but i have a quesition, i read that the pony programmer was updated to program the atmega8515 but in http://www.lancos.com page i did not find the interfacing schematic for it!!
i just found the interfacing for At90s8515 is it the same?
