atmega 16 lock bit problem

hello friends
I am new user of avr atmega 16 microcontroller and i have locked my controller any one can help me? how i can reset lock bit when i programmed with usbasp programmer it shows avrdude: warning:-E option not supported bye this programmer and rc=-1 device signature =0x000000 and i have changed my controller and oscillator so please help me

You need a programmer with parallel or high voltage programming option in order to reset the fuses.
