ATI Mobile Radeon 9000IGP Chip: Where can I buy one?

I'm at my witts end to find a realativly cheap source for the ATI Mobile Radeon 9000IGP IC. I need it to repair a laptop. The only sources I found want an arm and a leg for it (i.e. more then the laptop is worth).

Can anyone suggest where I could purchase one?

Thanx Jivesh,

I looked at the site and all they refered to was a driver problem. Unfortunetally this laptop has heat damage. The screen has random garbled characters (blinking et all) right from turn-on when it shows the bios start-up screens.
