Hello

Is it possible to design LNA at 160MHZ with ATF34143? Is there any DOC on this?

Can we use designs at 1900MHZ and convert it to 160MHZ with some calculations?

yeah u can use it , but in this low freq , the transistor will not be stable , so u need to design it and make it stable "check gonzalez book"

or u can select another transistor to use it in ur design , which will be stable

which transistor is good in this freqency?

Is there any good sch for LNA in this freq?

in the band of 160 MHz , the comon emmiter will be ok , about the transistor u can check on
www.nxp.com , in discreete transistors
