Hi,

I want to implement following AT keyboard module in my application:

https://www.zippy.com/K_Product_det...rial Keyboard & Notebook Keymodule&lv_rfnbr=2

model = KR-283

However the extra PCB contains the keyboard controller that communicates via PS2. I directly want to connect the keyboard to my PCB using my own AT keyboard controller. That keyboard controller will then communicate with a PIC µP. Where can I find an AT keyboard controller chip? If you look closely to the PCB, you can see there is a black plastic 'dot' - like on the chip.

regards

Hey, tks for replying; but that I can do that ( I have a PS2 driver for my PIC)

I'm actually looking for a keyboard controller that scans matrixlines and sends PS2 code output.
