Hi everyone, I'm still quite new to VHDL and I'm trying to use the Micron MT45W8MW16 CellularRAM on my Spartan-3 board.
Now, I've had a look at the operation manual for the cellularRAM and one thing I don't understand is, since it is asynchronous, do I still use the clock signal to check for a rising edge?
And, are there any sample code or has anyone had any experience with using this RAM, perhaps you could share your code or give me some hints on how to use it.
