Dear All :
I got a Astro technology file , but there isn't any Cap Table in it .
Can I generate the Cap Table myself ?
I also got the itf file, can the values of Cap Talbe generated from the itf file ?

Yes, you can generate the cap table if is not present in the tf file. You generate the cap table in Astro and then dump the generated tf file with the cap able included.

if you have the .itf file, you can generate TLUPLUS model, which is more accurate and consistant with the TLU model.

refer to the star-RC manual for TLUPLUS model generation, also you need layer mapping file.
