it is possible to 8051 microcontroller to interface multiprocessor communication.

From what I see, is Multi Master and Multi Slave Communication.

I think if you're understand the basic master slave uart communication, it can be done.

please check the following appnote from atmel :

Good luck, if you see this appnote you will undrstand, how to set master then turn into slave and vice versa.
