Assigning new IBIS model in allegro 15.7

Hi group,
I have a doubt regarding IBIS model assignment in allegro 15.7.
How can I assign a new IBIS model in my IC?

Hi Niraj,

I am not sure whether my answer will give you the required answer.
To assign a model to an IC, first convert your .ibis file into .dml file format. That we can do using Analyse--> SI/EMI sim-->Library-->Translate
After this, go to Tools--> Setup Advisor-->SI Model Assignment
There choose the component which needs model assignment and find the corresponding model using the browser and make the assignment.

Hi ,
I follwed that process, and I was successful in convertinf the ibis file into dml file, but I was not succesful in assigning that model into the device.

Can u suggest what may be the problem?
