Hi, currently I'm designing an SRR metamaterial with a working frequency of 2.4 GHz. However, the permittivity and permeability graph seems not working on the 2.4 GHz. Does anybody know how to shift the graph to be ideal for 2.4 GHz frequency? Thank you very much

I know that this has been the subject of a lot of
research, and much publication. Not my thing.

Microwave Journal used to have MM articles
monthly back when this was edgy. Try a few
years back.
