actually i tried to search the forum for tutorials or books titles but most links for tutorials are dead !
so i hope to suggest books ' titles and tutorials that you think they are powerful and good to understand basics on ASIC design

Dear brother MAhmood,
You need to see synopsys and cadane site.
The softwares are several to do a complete digital design till tape out.
modelsim or Active-HDL for HDL designing and simulation.
"Design compiler" for synthesis.
"SoC Encounter" for layout generation.
and a lot of CAD tools for doing an specified task in digital design flow.
The best reference is the one which i have posted recently.
It has a complete flow experience and implicitly name the nessesary software.

After all of them, don't forget tomorrow, the last friday of Ramaddan.
