HELP "Desgn and Simlation of an Arthmetic Circuit That Computes Inverse of an Integer"

Hi...I need some help about the subject. In this project,I will develop a circuit that performs 1/x operation and model it with VHDL and will simulate the functional correction of this circuit.First of all I must find a circuit which has a 32 bits input and a 32 bits output. For example,
If I enter a value of
x=00000000000000000000000000000111 to the input of the circuit,

Then I will see y="1/00000000000000000000000000000111" at the output of the circuit. This circuit will be a 32 bit circuit.

How can I find this circuit. Please help me.I need help....

How do you plan to represent the output data? some sort of fixed point notation? Or floating point? If 111 is 7, then 1/7 is something like .14, so what would you expect the actual output to be?

It is not important, both of them can be..Please help me mux_master.Thank you...
