ARM7 microcontrollers from philips or atmel?

Which is better (in price,availability,stability,quality,performance,peripherals,...)?

BTW: Digikey have philips LPC21xx!

Philps ARM7 LPC familiy LPC213x familiy is a mature product who bourn from the LPC210x who is allmost 2 year in the market

The ATMEL SAM7 familiy is less the 1 year in the market and have some bugs

I worked with the LPC210x familiy and it worked OK GO to WWW.OLIMEX.COM

and order a low cost evaluation board ~ $60 + wiggler ~$20 who is working well with crossworks c compiler
