If somebody have info about this schematic?
I need info about designation for U1 on schematic and for Q1 NPN.
Second, Vcc level is?,

Hi

This circuit act as a half-duplex TTL<->RS232 converter and reset circuit

For U1 you can used the MUN5311 IC

For the NPN you can use MMT3904

you can use Simple RS232C Level Converter using Transistors + reset circuit same your post.
