Arm and pentium's two channel can have 4 dram module? how much module can be extended?

I try to make ram drive. so I think using current system is cheapest way.

I search about ARM core they have 2 channel ram ... Can I extend 2 channel to more than 4 ram module?

and how about pentium? ( I mean i3-7 and xeon core )

My aim is set on so many ram module. how much SSD get fastered still ram disk is so faster than them :)
