Are the 61C64 and 62C64 SRAM chips interchangeable?

issi is61c64 datasheet

Hi all!

I´m looking for a replacement for a 62C64 SRAM.
I found a couple of 61C64 but cant find a datasheet.
Are these chips the same?
Pin config maches.
The chips are by ISSI partnr IS61C64.
