Are I/O ports of ATmega169 open collectors?

atmega169 port

HI,

Using ATmega169, I can't find in the Datasheet if IO port are open collector. I think they 're because they have internal Pull up but I'm not sure. Can anyone confirm me ?

port atmega169

IO ports in all AVR's are push-pull type. Internal pull-up is used only, when the port is used as input.
