arbitrary non-standard protocols in monitoring software

Hi every body,
I have performed a non standard protocol for communications between RTU and MTU. It does the duties properly. but I want to transfer the MTU duties to computer and perform the monitoring using software like winCC or Citect SCADA . so I need to present the arbitrary protocol for monitoring software I wonder if there is a way to do this task.
