Hi everyone

I am actually doing research about this subject (RFID application at 2.45 GHz), and I have some difficulties in searching documents, in the net there are a lo of documents baut in LF and HF not in UHF and SHF band
LF: low frequency, HF: high frequency, UHF: ultra high, SHF or VHF: super high/ very high
It will be very appreciated if some one who know more about this subject, or who did approximatelly the same project, explain to us

another question:
Is there in the commerce 2.45GHz RFID developpement kit ??

thanks

In terms of passive RFID, there is not much activity going on in the 2.45 GHz band. There are some legacy technologies only.

Most of the attention is on ISO 18000-6c (865 - 960 MHz), HF and LF.

However, there are several semi-passive (BAP) and active RFID systems in the 2.45 GHz ISM band on the market, including TagMaster's LR and RFIDS series.
