Dear all,

Does anyone know what is the relation between APD BIAS voltage and the temperature?

When we apply bias voltage to the APD, the temperature of the APD is gonna rise or when the photons fall on the APD, the temperature will rise?

Please clear my doubt

Thanks and regards
