Anyway to use Altium for schematic and Pads for pcb?

Anyway to use Altium for schematic and Pads for pcb?

I really happen to like Pads' router and interactive routing. It seems to be in a different league than Altiums router and interactive routing.

However I dislike Pads layout, I favor Altium for schematic entry and library creation. Pads layouts' libraries and library creation is a pain in the ass for me. For some reason it only has some useless libraries, couldn't find transformer schematic diagrams, or bridge rectifiers etc.
