my design target is 1nH one in 0.13um CMOS technology.
i would like to know whether that software is good for such design. thanks.

My collegue designed 50pH inductor using ASITIC on 0.13um CMOS.
So the answer is, should be fine.

The software is fine to design spiral inductor such as rectangular, stacked and circular topology, more in depth electromagnetic analysis could be obtained utilizing tools such as sonet.
