Anyone knows where can I find this software ?

I am searching for a software to associate with ericsson t28 like sending logos or ringtones in order to be sure that the phone im using in Microcontroller project works . I heared that t28 does not accept AT commands form hyperterminal , so i want to check if it works first, and try to send to it T10 firmware becuase i heared that T10 works 100% with AT commands, so please help me find a software to send anything to T28 ericsson mobile
