Anyone know who makes this Chip ?

I'm looking at this Solid State disk to see what makes it "tick".

Attached is a picture of the underside, where all the ICs are.
I can see a Xilinx Spartan FPGA, Flash, four IDE-to-SD bridges from C-guys.
But I cannot figure out who makes U3. I don't recognize the logo.
Anyone recognize it ?

No it 's not Cypress.

It does look like a flame-thrower - with some text in the "flames".

The drive is indeed made by Century Japan.

body it's a micro controller but it's embedded for that company it's very hard that U can find it
