anyone has a complete shematic diagram of calculator?

what are your requirements? display leds/lcd, scientific/programmable number of keys? :?
 

can display lcd, and number of keys.. tnx
 

its simple
one LCD to display
one 4*4 keypad
one any controller

try to develop the circuit and post it here if anything wrong we are here to help you
 

I have a suggestion for you. If you have Proteus then you will find one calculator project buit-in. Just study that!
