I´m new to this so two questions:
Do CDMA phones use a GSM module?
Are all SIM card phones GSM?

CDMA and GSM are different cellular data transmission technologies,
CDMA does not use GSM
GSM does not use CDMA
All phones have respective modules.

CDMA
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Code_division_multiple_access

CDMA (Code-Division Multiple Access) refers to any of several protocols used in so-called second-generation (2G) and third-generation (3G) wireless communications. As the term implies, CDMA is a form of multiplexing, which allows numerous signals to occupy a single transmission channel, optimizing the use of available bandwidth. The technology is used in ultra-high-frequency (UHF) cellular telephone systems in the 800-MHz and 1.9-GHz bands.
The CDMA channel is nominally 1.23 MHz wide. CDMA networks use a scheme called soft handoff, which minimizes signal breakup as a handset passes from one cell to another. The combination of digital and spread-spectrum modes supports several times as many signals per unit bandwidth as analog modes.

Excuse me, I´m new to this, so 3 questions:
CDMA phones won´t work? because they don´t accept AT commands?
ALL SIM card phones are GSM and will work?
Wher do You get these phones, tpetar? Thanks.

Thise phones supports AT commands, and I buy thise phones over ads. They are cheap, of course if you have lots of money you can buy new phone with AT commands.

That list what I post, that is list of Siemens phones which supports AT commands, of course list is probably longer but I know for thise models.

Look this for Nokia CDMA AT Commands :
